Ealing Meditation is a community service run by the Sahaja Meditation group, which offers free meditation classes every Thursday, from 7.30 pm to 9:00 pm. Everyone is welcome! We have been based at the Ealing Town Hall for more than twelve years - you can see our event on the Council site here.

What is meditation?
Meditation is a form of silent inner contemplation, where we try to still the thoughts in our head and move into a state of profound peace. The process is completely natural, it is not self-hypnosis or trance, and over time can produce significant benefits in our emotional, psychological and physical well-being.

Sahaja Meditation is based on the ancient practices developed over thousands of years in the Far East, and offers practitioners a direct and powerful method of bringing balance to their lives and environment. Each meeting covers the basics and includes a guided meditation session, so that you can start meditating at home straight away.
